1. Data We Collect

Website visitors: We collect email addresses, company names, and job titles when you fill out forms on our site. We use privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog) to understand page views and feature usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

HatiData customers: The HatiData data plane runs entirely inside your VPC. No customer data — queries, results, or stored data — ever leaves your cloud account. Our control plane stores only metadata: organization names, user emails, API key hashes, and billing metrics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the HatiData service, communicate with you about your account, send product updates (with opt-out), and generate aggregate, anonymized usage statistics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate HatiData (cloud infrastructure, email delivery) and when required by law. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@hatidata.com.

5. Your Rights
