Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HatiData ("the Service"), provided by Marviy Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

HatiData provides an in-VPC data warehouse with per-second billing, agent memory, and audit capabilities. The data plane runs entirely within your cloud account. We provide the software, updates, and control plane services.

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. HatiData does not access, process, or store your query data — it runs entirely in your VPC. We access only the metadata necessary to operate the control plane (billing, authentication, orchestration).

4. Billing

Usage is billed per compute-second at the rate specified for your tier. Platform fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in your service agreement or the Shadow Mode guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HatiData's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
